Refund and Returns Policy

Returns – Within 5 Days

We accept returns within 5 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In the original packaging

Please ensure you notify us before sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges – Within 5 Days

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, color, or design, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Perishable goods

• Digital/downloadable products 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If it’s our mistake, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
