We’re proud to offer bulk order services for those looking to share the beauty of handcrafted batik — whether it’s for retail, events, uniforms, gifts, or special occasions. Every bulk order is handled with the same level of care, detail, and dedication we bring to our individual pieces.

Minimum Order Requirement:

• A minimum quantity of 10 pieces per style or design is required for bulk pricing.

Customization:

• Bulk orders can be customized in size, fabric, colors, or design patterns (based on availability).

• Customizations may extend the production timeline.

Lead Time:

• Typical production time ranges from 7 to 21 working days, depending on the order size and design complexity.

• We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Pricing & Payment:

• Special bulk pricing will be provided upon request.

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The balance must be paid before dispatch.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile banking, or as agreed.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

• Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery:

• Delivery charges will be based on order volume and location.

• We deliver island-wide and can arrange international shipping upon request.
